		<description>Great advice. Reassuring to read because my inclination (which follows most of your recommendations) is vastly different then most of the resumes you see out in the wild. One thing that I have been including on my resume&#039;s is the link to my linked in profile. I think this is important at least in the UX realm, especially if doing web related work. I&#039;m not talking about how connected you are, but you are savvy enough to know about some of the professional/social networks. Plus it&#039;s an added bonus of you have some good references up there.</description>
