The book we were discussing was Subject to Change, and it was really great to have one of the co-authors, Brandon Schauer available via skype to take questions and talk about the book.

I’m not part of the UX Book Club in NYC (I’m in Minneapolis) but Subject To Change is a fabulous book and Brandon is a fabulous guy. I hope your event went well and everyone found the book and discussion informative. It’s changed the way I approach a lot of things in customer experience/design strategy.
